We process international passports in various formats: new generation biometric passports, old format passports valid for 5 years, as well as international format documents from various jurisdictions. Each document is produced considering current standards and regulations effective in the issuing country.

Validity period depends on the document type. Biometric international passports have a validity period of 10 years, old format documents — 5 years. For passports from other jurisdictions, validity periods correspond to the issuing country's standards. All dates are indicated in accordance with official requirements.

All communications are conducted through secure communication channels. We work exclusively through independent escrow agents, which ensures complete security and confidentiality of the transaction. The escrow agent's commission is paid by the client. Important to note: Shattof Service never writes first and does not impose services.

Yes, we organize worldwide delivery through verified logistics services with tracking function. Delivery time depends on region and ranges from 1 to 7 business days after document processing completion. For international delivery, additional days may be required depending on customs procedures of the destination country.
