Vehicle Document Preparation

We prepare a complete set of automotive documents: vehicle passports (PTS), registration certificates (STS/СоР), self-propelled machine passports (PSM) for special equipment, compulsory motor third-party liability insurance policies (OSAGO), technical inspection diagnostic cards, purchase-sale agreements, general powers of attorney, certificates of conformity and vehicle type approvals (OTTS). Documents are produced to standards of various jurisdictions: Russia, CIS countries, European Union and other regions.

Vehicle Passport (PTS) — is the main document certifying the vehicle's release into circulation. Registration Certificate (STS/СоР) confirms vehicle registration with the traffic police and is issued to the owner. Self-Propelled Machine Passport (PSM) — an analogue of PTS for tractors, combine harvesters, construction and agricultural machinery. Each document has its own structure, mandatory details and is prepared in accordance with established standards for a specific type of equipment.

Yes, we prepare documents for vehicles of any make and model, including foreign production. The specifics of the documentation of a particular manufacturer and country of origin are taken into account. Documents can be prepared either to standards of the vehicle's country of origin, or to standards of the country where it is planned to be used (for example, preparation of a European certificate of conformity for a Japanese-made vehicle).
